What's on

Church Ministries

Up to the hill of Calvary
My Saviour went courageously
and there he bled and died for me
Hallelujah for the cross

And on that day the world was changed
A final, perfect lamb was slain
Let earth and heaven now proclaim
Hallelujah for the cross

Hallelujah for the war He fought
Love has won, death has lost
Hallelujah for the souls He bought
Hallelujah for the cross

What good I've done could never save
My debt too great for deeds to pay
But God, my Saviour, made a way
Hallelujah for the cross

A slave to sin, my life was bound
But all my chains fell to the ground
When Jesus' blood came flowing down
Hallelujah for the cross

Christ is the Centre

For every believer Jesus Christ is their Lord and Saviour, at the centre of their lives. The Lordship of Christ is vital in our walk and testimony for it speaks clearly to those whom we know and witness amongst. In every aspect of our lives we must have Jesus at centre so that every decision is directed by His Word and teaching. There is no better example for each of one of us. Today there is much reference to the role model, some of which are better than others. However the Son of God is our only true guide and exemplar. So we must get to know about Him, reading the Scriptures, there He is our leader, help and inspiration. Let us then in every aspect of life look to Him and know His presence always with us. It is our intention to publicise the event to other churches in the area as well as distributing leaflets in the neighbourhood, along with an invite to the Easter Family Service. Please pray for God's blessing on this outreach.
